Overview¶
The Reviews report is a read-only overview of how your customer star reviews are doing: how many you have, how they were moderated, and which products and customers they came from. It does not let you approve or deny anything, that happens on the Review Approval queue, which this page links to.
Primary Functions:
- See the overall average rating across approved reviews
- See the approved / pending / denied split
- See how many approvals were made by the AI first pass versus a person
- See the AI first pass outcome across all reviews
- See your most-reviewed products and your top reviewers
Page Layout¶
If there are no reviews yet, the page shows a "No reviews yet" note pointing you to the Review Approval page. Otherwise it shows four summary cards, then two tables.
A Moderation queue button at the top right links to Review Approval and shows a badge with the number of reviews still pending.
Summary cards¶
- Average rating - the average star rating across approved reviews, shown as stars and out of 5, with the count of approved reviews under it
- Moderation - approved / pending / denied counts as coloured labels
- Approved by - how many approved reviews were approved by the AI (auto) versus by a person
- AI first pass - across all reviews: auto-approved, auto-denied, sent to a human, and (when any exist) not screened
Tables¶
- Most-reviewed products - the top 25 products by number of reviews, with each product's product-page name (linked to its edit page), its average rating, and its review count
- Top reviewers - the top 25 customers by number of approved reviews, with the customer (linked to their record) and their approved-review count
Common Use Cases¶

- Read the Average rating and Approved by cards
Use Case 2: Find your most-reviewed products¶
Goal: See which products customers are reviewing most
Steps:
- Open the report
- Read the Most-reviewed products table (top 25)
Use Case 3: Jump to the moderation queue¶
Goal: Clear reviews still waiting on a decision
Steps:
- If the Moderation queue button shows a badge, click it

Troubleshooting¶
The report says "No reviews yet"¶
That means no reviews have been submitted at all. Once customers start rating their items, the cards and tables fill in. If reviews exist but none are approved yet, the average rating and tables stay empty until at least one is approved.
A product I expected isn't in the Most-reviewed table¶
The table lists the top 25 products that have at least one approved review. Products beyond the top 25, or with no approved reviews, do not appear here.
