Overview¶
The Apps & Integrations page is where you connect third-party services to your store. Each app appears as a card. Click Activate on a card to open its settings, Edit to change an existing setup, or Disable to turn it off. An Enabled badge appears on cards that are currently active.
Apps are grouped into sections. Some integrations are free; others add a monthly charge to your Kiva Logic bill or require a paid third-party subscription, noted on each card.
Customer Service¶

Google Integrations¶
Analytics, tag management, and advertising from Google.
Recommended: Use only Google Tag Manager and manage your Analytics and Ads tags from inside it. Enabling the same tag in more than one place can double-count your data.

Customize and personalize.
- Promotion Bar - This feature moved to its own page. Use the Promotion Banner link on the card.
- Custom Domain - Use your own domain for your store (for example,
shop.yourcompany.com). Point a CNAME to your store address. - META tags in
</head>- Add custom META tags to the head of your website, useful for domain validation. - Tell A Friend - Give your customers referral links to get their friends to sign up.

Recent Updates¶
2026-08-25: Removed the Custom Email (Google Apps) and accessiBe cards. Moved all Google integrations (Tag Manager, Analytics gtag.js, Analytics, Adwords, Optimize) into a new Google Integrations section with a recommendation to use only Google Tag Manager for your Analytics and Ads tags so data is not double-counted.
