Overview

Hosted File Uploads PDF allows you to upload, manage, and host PDF documents on your website for customer access. Upload documents like product information sheets, allergen guides, certificates, and other resources that customers can download directly from your site.

Primary Functions:

  • Upload PDF files to cloud hosting
  • Create permanent URLs for PDFs
  • Display PDF links on website
  • Organize PDFs with titles and descriptions
  • Track uploaded file inventory
  • Provide downloadable resources to customers

  • Add New Record Button: Upload new PDF
  • Search/Filter: Find specific PDFs

Uploading PDF Files

Steps

  1. Click "Add New Record"
  2. Enter title (e.g., "Allergen Information Guide")
  3. Enter description (optional, helpful for organization)
  4. Click "Choose File" and select PDF
  5. Click "Upload"
  6. PDF uploaded to cloud storage
  7. Permanent URL generated
  8. Copy URL to share or link on website

Upload Fails
