The Active Campaign Modal Form Submissions page tracks customer interactions with Active Campaign popup forms on your website. Monitor form views, submission rates, and lead capture effectiveness.

How often are submissions recorded?¶
Submissions are recorded in real-time as customers submit forms on your website. There's no delay - they appear immediately in this report.
What's a good conversion rate for popup forms?¶
Average popup form conversion rates range from 2-5%. Rates above 5% are excellent. Below 1% indicates potential issues to investigate.
Can I see which page the customer was on when they submitted?¶
Yes, submission details include referral source and page URL where form was displayed.
Why do some submissions have no customer name?¶
Forms may not require names, or customers may skip optional name fields. Email is typically the only required field.
Can I delete spam submissions?¶
Contact your administrator to remove spam submissions. Don't include spam in performance calculations or exports.
How long are submissions kept?¶
Submissions are retained indefinitely for tracking and analysis. Export regularly for backup and archival purposes.
