FAQs

What's the difference between this and Additional Items Report?

This shows items customers have SET AS RECURRING. Additional Items Report shows one-time add-on purchases. Both are valuable for different insights.

Does this include subscription box items?

No, only add-on products customers marked as recurring. Subscription box contents are separate.

How often is this updated?

Real-time. Shows current recurring item status from all active customer accounts.

Not directly in this page. Export CSV regularly and compare exports to track trends over time.

What if I want to see products by revenue instead of customer count?

Use the retail value column. You can export to CSV and re-sort by total retail value in Excel.

Why might numbers fluctuate week to week?

Customers add/remove recurring items, cancel subscriptions, pause accounts, or change quantities. Also seasonal preferences.

Should I discontinue products not on this list?

Not necessarily. They may sell well as one-time purchases. Check Additional Items Report for complete picture.

How do I encourage more customers to use recurring items?

Feature this report's top products, offer recurring discounts, emphasize convenience, send reminder emails about recurring feature.

Can I filter by product category?

Not on this page. Export CSV and filter in Excel, or use other inventory reports for category-specific analysis.
